So, my hobby is playing guitar. Before i play guitar, i took a piano lesson but its only a half way. Since every member in my family, except my mum, they all play guitar, so why not I give it a try. For a girl with small and weak fingers like me, I'm telling you, it's hard to play guitar man! HAHA Every chords I've learned I'll screamed because my fingers was so hurt! I almost giving up every time the chords get harder and harder! But, itu bukan penghalang okay, makin lama makin interesting. So practice makes perfect. Now i can play guitar and sing along too! But i'm not a professional guitarist okay. Still learning.

ME- HOBBY- VIDEO
Nak cerita pasal hobi, macam-macam jenis hobi ada kan, membaca, melukis, menari, bersukan, ehh banyak lagi lah kan. Kebanyakannya lah hobi ni based on kemahiran yg someone tu ada. For example, drawing. Tak semua orang boleh melukis kan, hanya orang yg berbakat dalam melukis je boleh jadikan melukis tu hoi. Sorry okay kalau susunan atau penggunaan ayat tak berapa nak betul nye pun adoi. Hihi.

ME- INSPEN- EXPERIENCES- FRIENDSHIP
So here I want to share my experiences since I came to INSPEN. I'm sure some of you don't know what is inspen. These are some responses when they heard about inspen. "Inspen? Apa tu?", "Testpan?", "Swasta eh?" orrr "Ohhh Inspen tu, apa eh Inspen tu? Kat mana doe". HAHA so to those yang tak kenal lagi, nama penuh dia adalah Institut Penilaian Negara, located dekat Bangi and jalan sikit je tepi tu dah masuk Putrajaya area Presint 14. So hope you guys tahu apa tu inspen ye. :)
Well, Inspen is not a private college, we are under Ministry of Finance, so kami adalah kerajaan. There are only three courses offered here, Estate Agent, Property Management and Real Estate Valuation. So I'm taking Real Estate Valuation. Jumlah pelajar dekat sini sangat sikit compare to other colleges. Maybe sebab ada limit tertentu kot, hmm I don't know. HAHA.
Enough about Inspen okay. Lets talk about me. I mean about how I survived here so far! Haha sound terrible. Just kidding! I'm totally okay here, every month dapat allowance mana tak okay. HAHA Only In INSPEN okay.
So the story begins, I still remember the first day I came here, I don't know how to make friends. So when I waited for my turn to register I've met two girls. They are Farah and Lina. And after we register we've be given our room number and there, Farah and I we both are roommate. The first night away from home was horrible, plus we don't know each other yet, and yes, awkward! It's not that I feel awkward because of her I just scared if she doesn't like me. But we managed to get to know each other better and every day we're getting better and closer! I know I'm good in making friends, I just know. HAHA. Jk.
So lets talk about Farah, hey girl you've wrote about me on your blog and I've read it! Thank You! HAHA well it's my turn to write about you. No heart feeling okay! :P
About her, from the first day I've met her she seems so quite, she doesn't talk a lot but she loves to smile. I wonder how am i gonna be friend with her, well I TALK a lot! I'm sure I'm annoying or too loud for her. But ehemmm i guess i'm wrong, she's totally different. HAHA she's quite talkative too! HAHA she's from Baling, Kedah BAK HANG! Kedah met Waghih! HAHA.
She's a dreamer, she loves quotes, most of em are love quotes. -,- I don't know why she's so jiwang. Itu tentang dia yang lansung tak serasi dengan aku, SORRY NOT SORRY okay Farah. Haha. Some of my classmates call her "buffering". haha maybe sebab dia memang lah lambat pickup nye pun adoii. HAHA sooo blurr man. Kadang tu geram jugak dengan ke-blur-an dia tu. HAHA I know Farah, kau tak blur, kau just kuat mengelamun. Don't worry I'm used to it. ;) HAHA.
Duduk sebilik dengan orang lain memang memainkan peranan yg paling penting, since we have to share everything together, that's what roommates are. So prinsip kami, apa yg tk suka just cakap terus terang. Simple. What we have in common, Sempoi. Kami tak suka something yg boleh serabutkan keadaan. We'll try to solve things together. And the most important thing is, Susah Senang bersama. Well she's there when i'm in my worst time. She's my shoulder to cry on and ears to listen to all my problems. Dia sanggup dengar jeritan aku bila excited tak tentu pasal, sangat memahami minat aku yg suka memetik gitar. i know kadang tu memekak jugak kan. Hmm sorry okay! Kalau waktu boleh berputar balik pun tk ada apa yg aku nak ubah and here i want to thank you for everything! :) sweet nye aku, apa ingat kau je tahu jiwang? HAHA.
Sometimes we always think it is better to be alone, but there are times we need someone to talk to, to share or express our problems, to make us laugh, that's what friends for. Till then, bye :)

My Fav Band!
Banyak sangat band yang best kan? There's so many i couldn't list all of em! I love McFly, Paramore, Avenged Sevenfold, Sleeping with Sirens, All Time Low and many more! But, my favourite band ever is........
ARCTIC MONKEYS!!!
HAHA i'm a big fan of arctic monkeys. I love all of their song, and the lyrics of course, so deep. I'm sure ramai yang minat band ni thru lagu "baby i'm yours" and "mardy bum". But my favourite song is "No 1 Party Anthem". I'll upload my video singing that song very soon okay! To those yang belum pernah kenal lagi band ni, try to listen to all of their song, maybe you'll love them too! ;)

Hello there! I actually don't know how to "blogging" and i find it quite hard too. Haha boo me! So lets keep things straight, you guys can call me khai, nisa, khairunisa, or whatever suits you. I'm 21 y/o this year and still, don't have a driving license. But i will have it soon! Haha So i'm from Seremban, the city of traffic lights. Currently studying at National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) and i'm taking Real Estate Valuation. I love to play guitar, its my hobby, my passion oh I love to sing too.
